MJK started out customizing sneakers as a fun hobby, which quickly grew into a passion. Although the variety of customs has grown over the years, the passion for custom sneakers has led the way and continues to be a priority and cornerstone for MJK.

After the challenge was accepted for the first pair of custom MX boots, the game has been leveling up ever since. Focusing more on what shouldn't be done led to some thinking outside the box and setting a new standard for custom MX boots. Let's see how creative we can be!

Although MJK has done custom projects for people all over the country with different backgrounds, the majority of customs have been for professional athletes. From NASCAR drivers, Football players, MX, SX and FMX riders to world champion BMX riders.

The "MJK Family" is anyone intentionally supporting the custom projects we have been creating. Most of them have a pair of MJKs but there are plenty who don't yet. We are only as strong as our support system and it's the reason MJK has grown the past few years. The Family has become a great network of athletes, professionals and all-around awesome people that support the cause and encourage the next project!! They are the reason we keep moving forward. It's exciting each time we get to add a new family member!
